What do a roaring bear, a biting prehistoric crocodile and a snapping shark have in common? As of the beginning of December, you can find them in two brand new displays at Schloss Rosenstein and the Museum am Löwentor!
Under the name ‘Bite me!’ you can sink your teeth into anything to do with mouths and jaws.
Four main subjects are introduced in the displays. You are then guided into the permanent exhibitions, where exciting details and objects are waiting to be discovered. There, QR codes provide further information about the rich diversity of teeth.
“Bite me!” is the kick-off of the concept of the “Special display”. The displays are conceived, designed and realised by the museum's five scientific trainees. During their two-year training programme at the museum, they will be able to learn all about the creation of an exhibition in addition to their focus on education, communication and marketing.
