Accessibility

The exhibitions and premises of the museum are as far as possible accessible for wheelchair users and people with walking disabilities. Bringing guide dogs into the museum is allowed.

At Museum am Löwentor, audio guides (without induction loop) are available that can be borrowed at the ticket office. It is also possible to use your own mobile phone.

We want to give all people the opportunity to participate in our programs at Schloss Rosenstein and at Museum am Löwentor. Therefore our guided tours take into account the interests of people with disabilities and we try to adjust our tours to meet  your wishes and needs. Due to the extensive educational materials at the museum, we can offer almost every one of our guiding themes, for example as a tactile guided tour or in simplified language.

To make this possible, please tell us your specific needs when you are booking a tour! Group tours take place by appointment only.

Please contact us for further information and registration for guided tours and educational programs for people with and without disabilities.
